What you need
Littora sells cash-secured puts on your Interactive Brokers account. Accounts are by invitation. Have these ready before you open the link we send.
To start (paper)
-
An invitation code
One-time, from Littora. There is no public sign-up.
-
Interactive Brokers account
Your own IBKR login. First days are paper only. Live stays on your phone and desktop.
-
Paper or live
You can try with a paper account or switch directly to real cash.
-
US stock options enabled
Including cash-secured puts. In Client Portal: Settings → Trading permissions → Options (United States). Ask IB for the cash-secured / covered level if puts are not allowed yet.
-
An email you can open
We send a verification link. You also need a password of at least 12 characters.
-
An authenticator app
Google Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy. After you verify your email and sign in, Littora asks you to scan a square once.
How the first connect works
-
You pick starting paper cash once
Littora’s book starts at that amount. Use the paper login that works on the IB website — usually a name, not the DU/DUR account number.
-
You do not install TWS for Littora
You do not install TWS for Littora. Do not open paper TWS with the same login while Littora is connected.
You must be allowed by IB to sell cash-secured puts. Live money is later, after paper is settled.
